Holiday Inn Express & Suites Malvern, an IHG Hotel

We stayed last weekend as a last minute booking and was so relieved to show up to such a wonderful front desk, I believe her name was Rachel. She got us checked in quickly to a cool, clean room. The beds were comfortable, we appreciated the pillow selection. The kids enjoyed the pool. The next morning we woke up to the smell of a tasty hot breakfast. Best hotel stay we've had in years for the price!

We had a double queen room on the ground floor and it was immaculate. We both had a great restful sleep. The mattresses were perfect and felt newer. The linens were very nice. The beds had full sized pillows, not those little square ones we have encountered in hotels. Honestly, some of the best rest we have had in a hotel in a long time. We appreciated the new modern look to our room. Updated and not old. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. The shower was powerful and nice & hot. Our initial concern was the parking lot was full of semi trucks and white work trucks. We figured the hotel might not be up to par for that reason, but we were pleasantly wrong. We didnt stay till 6am for breakfast but the guy was putting food out when we left. It looked like there was going to be more than average choices on the breakfast bar. We will stay again when we travel through this area!

Kendra at the front desk was very helpful when we had an card issue she was very nice and willing to help however she could and got us taken care of

This Holiday Inn is perfect. We are staying here for the week to check out Hot Springs, and the local area. We checked in yesterday to our room, and our bathtub wasn't draining properly. After the maintenance man tried to fix it, and it was till holding water, they didn't hesitate to switch us to another room. The breakfast is delicious, and the staff here is super friendly and professional. They are working on resurfacing the pool, so if you plan on swimming, you better go somewhere else. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're in the Hot Springs area. The rooms are very nice, and there is a walmart and other shopping/food places within walking distance. I would stay here again for sure!

One of the better hotels I have stayed in over the past 42 years. Check in was easy, employees were friendly, room was spacious, and the AC was great as I like a cold room when sleeping unlike most places I have stayed in recently. Also gave a discount for military veterans which made the price reasonable. The only issue was the room was facing the highway (on the backside of the hotel) and I could hear the traffic but the running AC limited the noise to a minimum.

Now this was a great night sleep after being on the road..Room was perfect. The whole hotel was so so clean..Customer service outstanding..I didn't do breakfast as I checked out early hours but I did do the pool lol..I enjoyed it I was a kid again for a little bit..Very comfortable room..I totally recommend this property..

What a wonderful experience! Everything was so clean, smelled fresh in every area, the staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, coffee was always available, and there was a delightful restaurant just across the parking lot for some of.the best food in the area! The parking lot is well-lit and clean, the property was clean throughout, and amenities were plenty. The only problem was that the ice machine on the third floor was out of order, so we had to go to the second floor for ice. Other than that, no problems and it was a fabulous place to stay! We truly enjoyed it!

This hotel is very nice, all is updated, looking good and clean. And the breakfast and coffee were good as well.
